Do these strollers take two baby carriers for twins? Or do they only take the one in the back? If only one, can someone tell me what kind of strollers take two?

I’ve got lots of wraps and things but I want to get one of those walking carriers for the back - I’ve never actually seen any though and don’t know what they’re called so don’t know where to look! I was just wondering if there was something like an infant car seat, but it was just a baby carrier? Like a easy portable bassinet?
My husband and I already have a car seat but it doesn’t have a handle or anything that you can pop out and take it with you.
